How do Repeat Order subscriptions work?
Repeat Orders let you subscribe to the same order on selected services so it runs automatically every month, saving you 10% on that order for as long as the subscription is active.
Which services are eligible
Repeat Orders are available on selected services, including Blogger Outreach, Niche Edits, our iGaming link building tiers, Brand Mentions, Community Mentions and Grow. Look for the "repeat monthly" or subscribe option at checkout on the relevant product page to see if it's available on the order you're placing.
Choose Repeat Monthly in the order summary at checkout to set up a Repeat Order.
Payment and discount
Repeat Order subscriptions can only be paid for by card – they can't be set up using account credit. The discount shown at checkout reflects the current rate and can change, particularly during promotional periods. If a higher discount is available on the product during a sale, that higher rate will apply to your renewal if it falls within the sale period; subscriptions started during a sale will begin at the higher discount and then renew at the product's standard subscription discount afterwards. Discounts don't stack – if more than one discount could apply to an order, we'll automatically use the highest one available.
Updating your order each month
Your subscription will generally repeat with the same order details – such as anchor text, target URLs and word count – copied over from your previous order. If you need to change any of these details for the next renewal, you can do this via your dashboard before the new order is generated. You will receive an email and will have 72 hours to make any changes to the order before your order goes into production. If a payment has already been taken and production has started, get in touch with support as soon as possible – changes to completed orders or projects within orders, such as anchor text or target URL amendments, may incur an admin fee of £15 per change, and we can't guarantee a last-minute change once writing is underway.
Repeat Orders aren't designed for upgrading core elements of the package itself, such as moving to a different word count or tier. If you want to change these, the usual approach is to cancel your existing subscription and set up a new one with the revised specification.
Managing, pausing and cancelling
You can edit, pause or cancel your Repeat Order subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Open the account drop-down menu and go to Subscriptions to see all of your subscriptions in one place. For step-by-step help, see How do I cancel, pause or change a subscription?
Fair usage
We monitor Repeat Order subscriptions under a fair usage policy. Abusing the system – for example, subscribing purely to unlock the discount and then immediately cancelling – may lead to restrictions on your account, including loss of access to fatjoe services or discounts.
Good to know
- Repeat Orders are separate from Subscribe & Save, which is a monthly credit subscription offering 10% off any order while active, with a minimum monthly spend.
- You can't use account credit to pay for a Repeat Order subscription – card payment only.
- Check the product page for the service you're interested in to confirm current eligibility and pricing.
