Do I get login access to my citation listings?

You will receive a full report which includes all log in details to the directory and the email address we create for submissions - this means you're able to log into the email we set up to manage directory approvals.

As a submission service, we create a free email account for each order. This is because some directories have a longer approval process and need to confirm your business listing by email. Using a dedicated account for this means approval emails from directories are kept together and don't get lost or end up in spam. You'll find the login details for this email account in the report we provide, and you can log in to it directly. Please note this email account is used purely for directory submissions and approvals - it isn't listed as your business's public contact email.

If you'd prefer directories to be submitted using your own email address instead, let us know. We can arrange this, but we'd need a temporary password and your email provider login details so we're able to approve the directory listings on your behalf during the submission process.

We're unable to provide direct edit access to the citation report itself, as this is the report we've produced for you. If you'd like to make your own changes or notes, simply select "File" and "Make a copy" to create your own editable version of the report.
