Can you update or remove existing citations?

We don't currently offer an ongoing citation management service, but we do provide everything you need to update your listings yourself, and we're happy to help with changes as a goodwill gesture.

When your local citation building order is completed, your submission report includes the login details we used to create each listing. You can use these to log in and make any changes directly, such as updating your business name, address, phone number or description.

If you'd rather not make the changes yourself, get in touch with our support team with the details of what needs updating and we'll be happy to pass this on to have the changes made for you, as a goodwill gesture.

As for removing citations entirely, this isn't something we offer directly. Since listings sit on third-party directories, the most reliable way to remove a citation is to log in using the details provided in your report and delete or deactivate the listing yourself.

It's also worth remembering that our production team checks for existing citations before submitting, to avoid creating duplicates. If your business is already listed somewhere on our directory list, we won't duplicate that listing, and if an old listing is inaccurate, we'll create a new, correct one using the details you've provided.
