Rather than a single bundled package, we offer two complementary services you can use together: Local Citation Building, which submits your business details to trusted directories, and Press Release Distribution, which can include a Local Press upgrade for guaranteed local placements alongside national coverage.

These services are built for agencies and businesses managing local SEO for themselves or their clients, particularly businesses with a physical location or defined service area. Agencies can resell both services like-for-like with a markup or bundle them into wider local SEO campaigns.
What's included
Local Citation Building submits your business Name, Address and Phone Number (NAP) manually to trusted directories in the UK, US, Australia and Canada. Packages are available for 50, 100 or 300 citations (300 is the maximum we can submit per business, so this is a one-off service rather than a subscription), all including 100% manual submission, a full submission report, submission screenshots, and login details for every listing created.
Press Release Distribution comes in three tiers: Basic (general newswire with 350+ live placements), Pro (adds Google News submission plus coverage from 3 high-tier media outlets), and Ultimate (Google News, Yahoo! News, and 5 high-tier media outlets). Each includes a 300+ word written release with content you can pre-approve, at least one body link and a bio link, and a full submission report. A Local Press upgrade is available on any tier to secure 10+ guaranteed local placements alongside the wider distribution.
How it works
For citation building, our production team checks for existing listings to avoid duplication, then manually submits your details to directories in your target country, screenshotting every submission for your report. For press releases, our writers draft your release, you get unlimited revisions to approve it, and we then distribute it through a mix of premium newswire channels and manual submissions to online media outlets, tracking every placement.
What you'll need to provide
For Local Citation Building, you'll need to supply your business Name, Address and Phone Number, your website URL and a short business description, so we can keep your NAP data consistent and accurate. For Press Release Distribution, you'll need to provide the news angle or information for the release, along with a press contact name, address, phone number and email address. Any claims made in the release (such as being the "best" at something) need supporting evidence, which you can add in the order notes.
Delivery time
Local Citation Building: delivery starts from 7 days with express and 14 days standard delivery. We'll share with you the full report of all live listings and submissions - some directories with longer verification processes may take extra time to approve, depending on their own review steps but we'll provide a screenshot of proof of submission.
Press Release Distribution: 14 days as standard, or from 7 days with Express. The delivery time starts once you've approved your press release copy.
Guarantees
Local Citation Building comes with a 100% money-back guarantee if the service doesn't meet what we promise. Upon completion, you can expect around 25% of the local directory submissions to result in instant live listings. Different business directories will have different rules regarding acceptance and you may be subject to a longer review process. We simply don't guarantee all submissions will result in a live placement because of these variables, but we do provide you with a full submission report which shows screenshots of any submission that may not have resulted in an instant live placement. If your business is already listed in one of our approved directories, we'll issue a partial refund for any citations we can't duplicate.

Good to know
We don't currently offer ongoing citation management, but we provide all login details used to create your listings so you can make changes yourself. If you need any help, you can always reach out to the support team. Not all directories allow website links, and links that are included may be nofollow. For press releases, links on the Basic tier are nofollow, while Pro and Ultimate typically include follow links, though some placements may still be nofollow. Releases distributed as part of the Local Press add-on cannot be removed once live, so it's important to approve your copy carefully before distribution.
