What happens if a Community Mention is removed?

If a Community Mention is removed, we'll replace it for you at no additional cost to bring your order back up to your package guarantee.

Community Mentions live on third-party platforms like Reddit and niche forums, and these platforms are moderated by their own site owners and moderators. This means that, occasionally, a mention can be taken down after it's gone live and the posts aren't permanent. For example, we've seen an increase in removals linked to recent changes to Reddit's moderation processes. While this kind of thing is outside of our control, it's exactly why we offer a guarantee with this service.

What we'll do

If your live mentions drop below your package's guaranteed amount within the guarantee period, we'll replace them for you free of charge. This guarantee applies for up to 6 months after your order is placed.

We'll keep you updated on the progress of any replacements, and will let you know straight away if there's news sooner than expected. Once the replacements are complete, we'll update your white label report so it reflects everything that's currently live, and share the updated link with you.

If you notice that any mentions from your order have been removed, just let us know and we'll pass this on to the team to get it sorted.

You can find out more about how the service works, including package options, on our Community Mentions page.
