Why isn't my Brand Mention indexed yet?

It can take up to 30 days for Google to crawl and index a page after your brand mention goes live, so if it's not showing up in search results yet, this is usually completely normal.

Indexing is handled by Google, not by us, so we can't guarantee exactly when a page will appear in search results. Once your brand mention has been published, we can reach out to the website to request that they manually submit the post for indexing, which can help speed things up.

If you're concerned about your brand mention not being indexed, get in touch with our support team and let them know which order you're asking about. They'll be able to check on it and, where helpful, contact the website to request a manual indexing submission.
