Which URLs can't be used for Content Syndication?

Not every URL can be used for our Content Syndication service, as our publishing partners have specific requirements about what they'll republish. Here's what to avoid when choosing a URL for your order.

Homepage URLs

We can't syndicate a homepage URL, as it isn't content rich enough to republish. Instead, you can either provide a content rich URL to promote (which creates benefits from a mixture of follow and nofollow links), or submit a guest post/blogger outreach placement to boost, which works well as a safe second tier link building method.

Non-article or thin content pages

We need an article, blog post, or guest post/blogger outreach placement to republish. Landing pages, product pages, and service pages aren't suitable, so if the URL provided isn't content rich or isn't an actual article, we won't be able to get it syndicated.

Non-English content

Our publishing partners will only publish content in English, so any URL containing content in another language can't be used for this service.

Taboo or restricted subjects

Our syndication networks won't publish content covering certain taboo subjects. If a URL includes a reference to a topic flagged as taboo, we won't be able to proceed with that link. More generally, we can't syndicate content for niches such as gambling or adult-related content. If you're unsure whether your niche or content is suitable, get in touch with our support team before placing your order.

What happens if your URL isn't suitable

If any of these issues apply to your order, we'll always reach out to ask for an alternative URL so we can get your order moving.
