Can I use my own press release?

Yes, you're welcome to use a press release you've already written for our distribution service. Simply add a link to it in the notes section of your order form when you place your order.

We'd recommend sharing it as a Google Doc, PDF or Dropbox file so our team can easily access it. If you run into issues attaching a document, you can also get in touch with our support team directly and we can add it to your order for you.

What happens next

We follow strict formatting and editorial guidelines that all press releases need to meet to achieve maximum distribution. Our writers will check your release over and may need to make some small changes to help it meet these guidelines, though we always try to stay as close to your original draft as possible.

We won't begin distribution until you've reviewed and approved the final version, so you'll always get the chance to check it over and request edits before it goes live.

One thing to note: any claims made in your release, such as being the "best" in your industry, will need supporting evidence. You can include this in the notes section of your order.
