How it works

The process runs in three steps:

1. The outreach stage - you provide the anchor text, target URL and content length for each placement, and our outreach team reaches out to bloggers to find and evaluate suitable opportunities.
2. The content stage - our in-house copywriting team writes non-promotional, magazine-quality content tailored to the blog's audience, with a natural in-content link to your client woven in. Because it's written in a ghost-blogging style, the post reads as if the blog owner wrote it themselves.
3. View your placements - once live, you'll see every placement in your dashboard, including a snapshot of the Domain Rating metrics at the time of placement, and you can export an unbranded CSV for white labelling.

We don't offer pre-approval of sites or content before publishing, since the whole point of ghost-blogging content is that it's non-promotional and designed to look organic - this makes pre-approval unnecessary. All sites are checked for bad neighbourhoods, healthy indexing and good content quality before we place anything, and we never work with PBNs.

What you'll need to provide

For each placement, you'll need to supply the anchor text, the target URL, and your preferred content length. If you're placing a bulk order across multiple client domains, you can set different DR requirements and word counts per entry, and tag orders in your dashboard to track which clients they relate to. We'd recommend keeping your anchor text natural and mixing up DR tiers and word counts across orders, rather than sticking only to higher DR placements, to keep your link profile looking organic.

Delivery time

Placements are delivered from 14 days with our Express option. Standard delivery is typically around 28 days, so factor this into your campaign planning.

Placements are secured on English-speaking blogs. For UK, Australian and Canadian clients, we prioritise blogs from those countries first, but can't guarantee this every time due to a smaller blog pool - in these cases we use blogs with a worldwide audience (such as .com or .net domains) that still pass link authority. Links are placed editorially within the content, never in author boxes, and we keep order histories to avoid duplicating placements on the same domain. If your niche is highly specialised and we can't find suitable opportunities, we'll let you know after reviewing your order and issue a full refund.
