What to do if a link goes down
If you spot that a placement has been removed, just get in touch with our support team with the details of the affected link. We'll look into it and arrange a replacement placement for you.
Good to know
- The guarantee covers the placement being removed entirely, not fluctuations in Domain Rating or traffic after the link has gone live. We cannot refund or replace a placement simply because its DR changes after the first day it was secured.
