Where do I find my order report?

You'll find your order report in your dashboard once the order is complete. Every finished order comes with a white label report that you can download as a plain CSV, ready to pass on to your own clients or stakeholders without any fatjoe branding.

What's in the report

For link building and outreach orders, your report shows a snapshot of the key metrics (such as Domain Rating) as they stood at the time the placement was secured. Since metrics like Domain Rating are updated regularly, this snapshot is the figure we work to, and we can't refund or replace placements if the metric changes after the first day the placement went live.

How to access it

Simply log in to your account and head to your order within the dashboard. Once the order status shows as completed, you'll be able to view your placements and export the unbranded CSV report directly from there.

Open a completed order and click View Report.

If you can't locate a report for a completed order, or something in the report doesn't look right, get in touch and our support team will take a look.
