How do I request amendments to a completed order?

You can request amendments to a completed content order using our request amendments feature, found directly within your order.

Which services this applies to

The Request Amendments feature is available on our content writing services: Blog Writing and Website Copywriting, on both Basic and Pro orders. Once a project is marked complete, you have 10 days to request amendments, and your writer will re-submit the revised content within 2 days.

For other services, such as link building, Brand Mentions or Digital PR, there isn't a Request Amendments button. If something on a completed order needs looking at, contact our support team with the order number and details. Changes to completed orders, such as anchor text or target URL amendments on a live placement, are reviewed case by case and may incur an admin fee of £15 per change.

How to request amendments

• Click into the relevant order.
• Scroll over to the right-hand side.
• Click the three vertical dots.
• Type in your amendment request.

Your request goes straight to the writer. Once the amendments have been completed, you'll receive an email letting you know.
