What is Express Delivery?

Express delivery is an optional paid upgrade you can add at checkout on eligible services to get your order completed faster than the standard turnaround.

For example, on our blogger outreach service, the standard turnaround is 28 days, but choosing Express reduces this to 14 days. Turnaround times, including whether Express is available, are always shown clearly in the order form before you check out, so there's no guesswork involved.

How to add Express delivery

Express is selected as an option during the checkout process on eligible products. Simply look out for the express option as you go through the order details on the relevant product page.

Tick Express Delivery under Upgrade your order. The delivery time is shown before you pay.

Not all services offer an Express option, so check the product page you're ordering from to see if it's available for that particular service.

Can I add Express after placing an order?

Generally, once an order has been placed, it can't be modified to add Express delivery, as production begins shortly after ordering. If you'd like your order on an express timeline but didn't select it at checkout, the best option is usually to get in touch with support to discuss your options, as what can be done may depend on how far along the order already is.

Likewise, if Express was added to your order by mistake, contact support as soon as possible, as changes may not be possible once the order is already in progress.

What if Express delivery is delayed?

We aim to meet Express turnaround times, but on rare occasions a specific placement may be delayed. If this happens on your order, we'll keep you updated and work to get it completed as quickly as possible.
