How long will my order take?

Delivery times vary by service, and the exact turnaround for your order is always shown on the product page and again at checkout before you pay. Any day we quote is a calendar day, including weekends, so a 14-day turnaround means 14 days from when you place (or approve) your order, not 14 working days.

As a guide, here are some typical "from" delivery times across our services:

Some services, such as Blogger Outreach, also offer an optional express option that shortens the standard turnaround. Where express is available, you'll see it as a choice in the order form, along with the faster delivery time it offers.

For services like Press Release Distribution, the countdown starts once you've approved the draft in your order dashboard, rather than from the order date itself, since we can't distribute anything until you've signed it off. If approval takes a little while on your end, this will naturally push back the delivery date.
