What does 'Awaiting Inputs' mean?
'Awaiting Inputs' means your order has been paid for but we're still waiting on some details or a brief from you before we can start the work. Once you provide what's needed, your order moves forward into production.
Orders waiting on your details show an Awaiting Inputs status in your dashboard.
Why orders sit in this status
Many of our services need information from you to get started properly, such as target URLs, anchor text, keywords, brand guidelines, or a content brief. Until we have these details, we can't begin, so the order stays marked as Awaiting Inputs in your dashboard.
What you need to do
Simply log in to your account and complete the requested fields or upload the brief for the order in question. As soon as your inputs are submitted, our team can pick up the work.
Open the order, complete the required fields and click Submit Order to send it into production.
What happens if you don't provide inputs
We'll send you reminders to prompt you to complete your order. If an order is left Awaiting Inputs for 30 days after it was placed, it will be automatically cancelled and the full value refunded to your account credit, so you don't lose out on anything you've paid for.
