Do you sign NDAs or fill in W-8/W-9 and supplier forms?

No, we don't generally sign individual NDAs or fill in W-8/W-9 forms or other supplier/vendor forms, as we operate as a productised service rather than a contractor or freelancer.

Why we don't complete these forms

Think of fatjoe like an online shop or platform for SEO products, rather than an individual contractor you're hiring. You place an order using your inputs and receive the finished product on the specified date, much like buying from an ecommerce store. Because of this, forms designed for contractors or freelancers, such as a W-9 or W-8, don't really apply to how we work. This is something we've cleared with our accountants, and we work with thousands of agencies on exactly this basis.

NDAs and vendor forms

As a productised service, we don't sign individual NDAs or fill out vendor forms for each order. Instead, confidentiality is built into our standard terms of service as a blanket non-disclosure undertaking: we agree not to use any confidential information you share with us for any purpose other than delivering your order, and we won't disclose it to third parties except where needed to fulfil your order.
