Do you share or sell client information?
No, we never sell or share your client information with anyone. Protecting client data is fundamental to how we operate as a fully white label service, and it's covered by the non-disclosure terms we apply to every account we work with.
How we keep your information confidential
- We only work with real, genuine blogs through a vetted outreach process.
- All publisher communication is handled entirely in-house by our team.
- We never arrange placements that require in-depth client contact details.
- We never share client information with publishers or third parties.
We don't sign individual NDAs for every agency or client, but as part of our terms of service, every client is treated with the same full non-disclosure respect. We only use confidential information for the purpose it was shared with us, and we don't disclose it to any third party.
What about unsolicited emails mentioning a new backlink?
If you've received unsolicited emails referencing a new backlink, brand mention or domain activity, this isn't something we're responsible for. These typically come from spam bots or "SEO spy" crawlers that scrape the web for newly acquired backlinks or domain activity. Once a site gains links, it can become visible to these automated systems, which then send mass outreach emails hoping to sell services. This activity is entirely outside of our control and isn't something we do, encourage, or benefit from. This kind of behaviour exists across the SEO industry, and the best way to handle it is to mark these emails as spam or junk.
About the same blogs being used across clients
We never link to the same website twice for the same client. However, if you're ordering for multiple clients, you may occasionally see some crossover, where two different clients receive a link from the same blog. These are genuine publisher relationships we've built and may call upon again for similar niches, even within your own client base. We treat each client as an individual with their own unique link history, and this crossover has no bearing on campaign effectiveness, as Google is seeing unique links from unique domains for each client. We can't guarantee entirely unique domains across every client's orders, though we do guarantee unique domains within each individual order.
