Do you offer SEO audits, strategy or account management?

No, we don't offer SEO audits, strategy consultancy or account management. fatjoe works more like an e-commerce platform than a traditional agency: you choose the productised services you need, place your order, and we deliver it.

This means we won't analyse your website, build you a bespoke SEO strategy, or assign you a dedicated account manager. There are no sales reps either, as we don't believe in selling to you — we'd rather you make your own decision based on the clear information available on each service page.

What you get instead

• Full control over ordering. You decide what to order and when, with pricing, turnaround times, examples and FAQs listed directly on each product page.
• Support, not consultancy. Our customer success team is on hand to answer questions about our services and how they work, but they can't provide strategic advice or audit your site.
• Grow's concierge. If you'd like a more hands-off experience, our Grow packages include a dedicated concierge who handles anchor text optimisation and target URL ratios for you, mixing word counts to keep backlinks natural. This isn't account management or strategy consultancy, though — it's order facilitation using our defined best practices, and you'll still need a solid technical SEO foundation on your own site.
